Score every Upwork job before your team spends a connect.
Pastely reads each job the moment it opens — rates the fit, judges the client, and drafts the proposal. It runs on your own machines, so nothing about your pipeline leaves the building.
Two minutes, one real job post.
Watch Pastely read a live Upwork listing, score it against a team profile, flag the client, and produce a proposal worth sending.
The walkthrough drops here this week. Everything else on this page is live — apply now and you'll get the link first.
Connects get spent long before anyone reads carefully.
Every agency bidding on Upwork loses money the same three ways. None of them are a talent problem.
Volume beats judgment
The incentive is to bid fast and bid often. So your team bids on jobs that were never winnable — ghost posts, tyre-kickers, budgets a third of your floor.
Every proposal reads the same
Junior staff reach for the same template, and clients see forty versions of it. The proposals that win are the ones that quote the post back at it.
You find out afterwards
By the time a bad client shows up in a status meeting, the connects are gone and someone has spent a week on scope that keeps moving.
Five answers, before the connect is spent.
The panel opens beside the job post. Nothing to paste, nothing to switch to.
Three lines, the moment the page loads.
Long posts hide the parts that matter. The summary pulls the scope, the real budget, and the thing the client actually cares about.
Existing React app needs a D3 charting layer. Budget is realistic for the scope. Client cares most about load time on large datasets — that's the line to answer in your first paragraph.
A number your team can act on.
Fit is scored against the work you actually win — your stack, your rate floor, your close history. Below your threshold, nobody spends the connect.
The client, before they're your problem.
Hire rate, payment verification, how often the scope moved in the comments, and whether the last ten posts went anywhere.
Ask the post a question.
"Has this client hired for React before?" "What's the real deadline?" The panel already has the page — you don't paste anything.
A proposal that quotes the post back.
Written in your team's voice, against your case studies, answering the specific thing this client asked for. Edit it and send it.
Your pipeline never leaves the building.
Pastely reads only what Upwork already shows your team, in the session they're already logged into. No automation, no scraping, nothing that looks like a bot.
The work happens on a server running on your own machines. You bring your own model key, so inference goes straight from your office to the provider you picked. There's no Pastely cloud in the middle holding your client list.
One seat per niche.
We're not selling this to every agency in your market — that would hand your competitors the same advantage. Each niche goes to one agency, and then it closes.
Every seat is open — the cohort is forming right now. Pick your niche and it carries through to the form below.
What a founding seat is.
This is not a finished product you're buying off a shelf. It's early access to something being shaped with the agencies in the cohort — which is exactly why the seat is worth holding.
Covers your agency's founding seat for the first year, including every release shipped during it.

Tell us about your agency.
Five minutes. We read every one and reply either way — including when it's a no.
The ones agencies actually ask.
Can this get our Upwork accounts banned?
Pastely doesn't act on Upwork. It doesn't click, submit, scroll, or send anything — it reads the page your team already opened, in the session they're already signed into, the same way a browser extension that changes fonts would. There's no automation for Upwork to detect because there's no automation.
Do you see our client data?
No. The server that does the work runs on your machines, and the model call goes out on your own key. We don't operate a service in the middle, which means there's nothing for us to see even if we wanted to.
Do we need our own model key?
Yes, and that's deliberate. You pay the provider directly at cost instead of paying us a marked-up subscription, and your prompts stay on your own account. It also means we're not reselling inference we're not licensed to resell.
How is this different from pasting the job into ChatGPT?
Nobody does it for all forty jobs. The friction of copying, pasting, and re-explaining your team's context is exactly why judgment gets skipped at volume. Pastely is already on the page, already knows your stack and rate floor, and answers before the connect is spent.
Is it finished?
No, and we'd rather say so. The core loop works — read, score, judge, draft — and the founding cohort is how the rest gets shaped. If you need software that's done, wait for us. If you'd rather have a say in what it becomes, that's what this is.
Stop paying for bids you were never going to win.
